3.2 Payment processors: Credit card information processed securely through third-party payment gateways. Heritage Rain does not store full credit card numbers.

3.3 Legal obligations: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or government request, or to protect rights, property, or safety.

3.4 No selling of data: Heritage Rain never sells personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

8.1 Age requirement: Our services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13 without parental consent.

8.2 Parental consent: For minors booking trips, parent/guardian must provide consent and complete booking forms.

8. International Data Transfers

9.1 Tanzanian operations: Heritage Rain based in Tanzania. Information processed and stored in Tanzania.

9.2 International clients: If booking from outside Tanzania, your information will be transferred to Tanzania for processing. By booking, you consent to this transfer.

9.3 GDPR alignment: While Tanzania is not EU member, we align practices with GDPR principles where feasible.
